Mahalo Polynesian Village Resort
For our first use of our DVC points, we stayed at our home resort, the Polynesian (which we will refer to as the Poly moving forward) for 5 days and 4 nights. This is beautifully themed hotel. From the moment you leave the steps of the Magical Express you are transported to the islands of the Polynesian. Once you walk into the lobby you can see Cinderella’s Castle in the distance through the back glass doors, which is a great way to kick-start your vacation!
Worth the Hype?! – ‘OHana Dinner Experience
On our recent trip to Disney, we stayed at the Poly (aka Polynesian, review to come). And therefore decided to make sure to hit up ‘Ohana and Captain Cook’s. We wanted to also check out Trader Sam’s, but that didn’t work out with our schedule, but there’s always next time. The Poly is actually our home resort (we are part of the DVC) and this was our first time staying there on site as well as utilizing our DVC membership.
