At the end of September through the first week of October, we decided to head back to our happy place. This time we selected Saratoga Springs Spa and Resort as our home away from home. This hotel is themed around the races and Saratoga Springs in upstate New York. It’s located near Old Key West and across the Disney Springs. It’s Turkey Day, and I cannot wait to dig into some yummy food. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays after Christmas, of course. The excellent food and family time cannot be beaten….unless we’re at Disney World.
