
Although the parks are currently closed, in the event you are planning a future visit to Orlando with a toddler(s), below is a list of rides to help you plan your trip with little ones.
For those of you that have little ones, below is my list of toddler-friendly rides organized by Parks:
Animal Kingdom
Na’vi River Journey: This is an indoor boat ride with fantastic animatronics- Kilimanjaro Safaris: This is a real safari with real animals. This is one of our staple rides every trip
- TriceaTop Spin: This is a like Dumbo l ride, just replace the elephants with dinosaurs
Other amazing toddler attractions include:
- Festival of the Lion King
- Up! A Great Bird Adventure
- Finding Nemo – The Musical
- Rafiki’s Planet Watch
- The Boneyard
Epcot
- Spaceship Earth: This is a buggy ride traveling through time telling the history of human communication
- The Seas with Nemo and Friends: This is an underwater-themed buggy ride taking you through the story of Finding Nemo
Living with the Land: This is a slow-moving boat ride that takes you through the history of farming- Journey into Imagination with Figment: This is a gentle buggy ride that follows Figment (the dragon) through the sensory lab of Imagination
- Gran Fiesta: This is a gentle boat ride that takes your through Mexico with Donald Duck
- Frozen Ever After: This is a boat ride retelling of Frozen, transporting you to Arendelle

- Royal Sommerhus: Elsa and Anna meet and greet
Hollywood Studios
- Toy Story Mania: This is an indoor interactive gaming ride
through Andy’s bedroom - Alien Swirling Saucers: This is a whirling ride, similar to the teacups
Hollywood Studios doesn’t have many toddler rides, but a lot of great shows. Here are a few I recommend:
- Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular
- For the first time in Forever: A Frozen sing-along Celebration
- Muppets* Vision 3D
- Disney Junior
- Voyage of the Little Mermaid
- Lighting McQueen’s Racing Academy
- Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage
Magic Kingdom
To no surprise, Magic Kingdom has the most rides and attractions for the little ones. Below are the rides I have highlighted:
- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin: This is an interactive indoor spinning ride
- Dumbo the Flying Elephant: This is an iconic ride that rotates each ride seat into the air
- Haunted Mansion: This is a dark buggy ride that can be intense
for little ones scared of the dark or ghosts - It’s a Small World: This is a boat right with cute animatronic children representing different countries
- Journey of the Little Mermaid: This is a cute “underwater” themed ride with songs from the Little Mermaid
- Jungle Cruise: This is a fun boat ride through the jungle.
- Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: This is slow-moving dark buggy ride taking you through one of Pooh’s adventures
- Peter Pan’s Flight: This is a gentle buggy ride flying over all of the sights from the Disney classic
- The Magic Carpets of Aladdin: Similar to Dumbo the Flying Elephant right with a twist with water-spitting camels
- The PeopleMover: This is a 10-minute ride through several Disney rides
- Walt Disney World Railroad: This is an outdoor train that can take you from the entrance of the park to Fantasy land and back
- Mad Tea Party: This is whirling ride inspired by the Disney classic
- Pirates of the Caribbean: This is a dark indoor boat ride inspired but the movie
- Prince Charming Regal Carrousel: This is an outdoor carousel inspired by the Disney classic

- Enchanted Tales with Belle
- Mickey’s PhilarMagic

- Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
- Princess Fairytale Hall
- Pete’s Silly Sideshow
- Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress
